Dayna is an Experience Designer and Project Lead who is direct and evidence-driven, with a gift for making complex information feel accessible and actionable. She champions the iterative design process, backs her point of view with compelling data, and brings a creative energy that helps teams move ideas into action. Known for being approachable, thoughtful, and easy to collaborate with, she creates environments where people feel comfortable and ready to do their best work.

With over a decade of experience across diverse industries, including the fast-paced world of entertainment, she is trusted for her hands-on and iterative approach, efficiently prototyping and refining until what remains is exactly what is needed. Whether designing a session that draws out a room's best thinking or building communication material that lands clearly across an organization, her thoughtful designs provide clarity for the work to progress.

Dayna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from OCAD University and a Concept Art Diploma from MTM College. At her core, she is an artist and a doer, hands-on and practical, with an eye for detail sharpened by a neverending desire to learn. Her relentless curiosity drives her to question assumptions, connect dots, and uncover root causes to make things work better for the people in the room, and the people they serve.
